Notes...
As my son Rowan was about to be born (I believe this day was the actual due date or real close to it), I handed off the gear to my taping partner at the time (Bill Kase) and he pulled off a great recording. I enjoy the seperation as well as the detail in this recording. The crowd as Steve mentions this day or the next was very respectful of the musicians and everyone else around them. Everyone was there to LISTEN to the music.
A recent e-mail from Chris Borne pointed out that this show was NOT currently circulating on LMA so you have him to thank for getting me on the ball with this one. I hope everyone enjoys this!!

Subject: question
i am downloading anyway - but anyone know what the difference is with the alt. versions of a few of these tunes before i go through listening???? never seen that on any of the SKB shows on the Archive.

i'll give a four star rating for now and revise later, because how could it be any less for an onstage SKB.

thanks for the explanation Charlie - much obliged as always!!

Subject: Alt Versions
Those tracks make the show seamless. The other versions have fades at start and end of discs...

Subject: Thanks!
Been dying to hear this for a long time. Great to hear the show that started it all for SKB. Hope they return soon...withdrawal issues. Hehe. Great sound, loving this Severe Tire Damage. Thank you so much.

Subject: Great sounds!!!
This is a great sounding recording. Not the best up on the archive but definitely worth the listen. These mics sound great and gives a nice warm feel to the show. Kudos to the taper. I would reccomend the d/l. Enjoy!!
